    Roles & Responsibilities

    Develop and implement strategies to secure new corporate partnerships and sponsorships. This involves identifying potential partners, building relationships, and crafting compelling proposals that align with both the company's and the charity's goals.

    Manage a portfolio of existing corporate partners: This includes providing excellent customer service, ensuring mutually beneficial relationships, and exceeding partner expectations.

    Negotiate sponsorship agreements and contracts. This requires excellent communication and negotiation skills to secure the best possible terms for the charity.

    Manage partnership activation: This involves overseeing the implementation of sponsored initiatives, events, and programs, ensuring they run smoothly and deliver maximum value to both parties.

    Track and measure the success of partnerships: This involves gathering data on the impact of partnerships, such as brand awareness, fundraising revenue, and volunteer engagement.

    Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders: This includes working closely with other departments within the charity, such as marketing, events, and programs, to ensure all are aligned with partnership goals.

    Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices: This ensures you can identify new opportunities and implement innovative strategies to maximize the impact of corporate partnerships.

    Scope:

    Revenue generation: Securing corporate partnerships is a key driver of income for many charities. You will be responsible for meeting or exceeding set fundraising targets.

    Brand awareness and reputation: Building strong relationships with corporate partners can enhance the charity's visibility and credibility.
