About this position
We are inviting a self-driven individual with excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, work ethic and decision-making skills to join our internal finance team in Singapore.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare the monthly financial pack, bank reconciliation, manage AR and AP
- Assist in the budgeting and forecasting process
- Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliation
- Manage external stakeholders such as bank and auditors
- Assist in yearend reporting pack
- Preparation of GST returns
- Assist in administrative matters and any other adhoc assignments
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification
- Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience
- Experience in NetSuite / OpenAir Oracle would be an advantage
- Commercial outlook able to relate to the business not just the numbers
- Meticulous, proactive with positive and willing to learn attitude
- Able to work independently and together as a team
