About this position


We are inviting a self-driven individual with excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, work ethic and decision-making skills to join our internal finance team in Singapore.


Responsibilities:


  • Prepare the monthly financial pack, bank reconciliation, manage AR and AP
  • Assist in the budgeting and forecasting process
  • Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliation
  • Manage external stakeholders such as bank and auditors
  • Assist in yearend reporting pack
  • Preparation of GST returns
  • Assist in administrative matters and any other adhoc assignments

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience
  • Experience in NetSuite / OpenAir Oracle would be an advantage
  • Commercial outlook able to relate to the business not just the numbers
  • Meticulous, proactive with positive and willing to learn attitude
  • Able to work independently and together as a team
