    Description
    Roles & Responsibilities


    • Respond promptly to inquiries and leads generated through social media channels; emails and walk-ins


    • Ensure all student records are accurately updated in google sheets or any other platform as used by the school.


    • Ensure accuracy and completeness of registration documents prior to the commencement of the courses


    • Qualify leads to determining their interest level and potential as prospective students.


    • Engage with leads via social media platforms, email, and other communication channels to provide information about educational programs, admissions processes, and other relevant details.


    • Build rapport with potential students to understand their needs and address any concerns they may have.


    • Implement a structured follow-up process to nurture leads and move them through the admissions funnel.


    • Schedule and conduct follow-up calls, emails, and personalized messages to keep leads engaged and interested.


    • Generate regular reports on lead activity, conversion rates, and other key metrics to track the effectiveness of social media lead follow-up efforts.


    • Identify trends and insights to optimize lead management processes and improve overall performance.


    • Stay updated on industry trends, social media best practices, and changes in education policies that may impact lead generation and follow-up strategies.


    • Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance sales and communication skills.


    • Provide excellent customer service to leads throughout the admissions process, addressing any questions or concerns they may have in a timely and professional manner.


    • Ensure a positive experience for leads, even if they do not ultimately enrol, to maintain the institution's reputation and encourage referrals.


    • Work towards achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual enrollment targets set by the institution.


    • All other general administration activities as assigned by the employer.

    Prerequisites


    • Possess GCE 'N' level and above


    • Diligent, flexible, good communication and interpersonal skills with internal and external customers.


    • Must be independent, possess good follow-up skills, meticulous and a team player.
