- Oversee daily operations ie. opening, closing, daily stock take, customer service, cashiering, visual merchandising, goods receiving or deliveries
- Ensure excellent in-store customer service and experience
- Achieve or exceed the brand's sales and customer growth targets
- Plan and execute all in-store activities required by the Group
- Build strong in-store loyalty with customers, and assist with analysis of trends, customer insights and demographics to increase brand loyalty
- Assist in reporting on product and overall sales performance
- Minimum I year working experience in retail (Fashion or F&B a bonus) or a customer-facing role
- Honest, hardworking, responsible, pro-active and a strong team player
- Able to converse fluently in English
- Must be able to commit 44 hours a week, including one day each weekend (Saturday and/or Sunday)
