Responsibilities:

Provide end user support and assist in any troubleshooting required not limited to IT Hardware, software, network, active directory, and Microsoft 36
Install and maintain IT related components (Laptop, POS system, software, systems, network, printers) and IT Asset List
Manage project vendors and make sure projects are successfully delivered by vendors, including outsourcing and liaising with vendors for IT equipment
Work closely with various departments to rollout projects relating to system enhancements
Onsite support Islandwide when required
Attend to Adhoc projects and other IT related matters when necessary

Job Requirements:

Minimum Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline with at least 3 years of IT related experience
Possesses knowledge in IT infrastructure such as network, Active Directory, Microsoft 36
Knowledge in POS (Point-OfSales) is an added advantage
Able to work independently in a fastpaced environment
Ability to communicate objectives and solutions with vendors and colleagues
Ability to form initiatives and possess time management skills
