    Roles & Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:

    1. Financial Transactions and Reporting: Process financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll. Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for management review.
    2. Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the development and management of the company's budget, forecasting future financial performance, and monitoring variances between actuals and forecasts.
    3. Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow, manage bank reconciliations, and ensure sufficient liquidity for operational needs.
    4. Compliance and Controls: Ensure compliance with accounting principles and standards, financial regulations, and internal controls. Implement measures to mitigate financial risk.
    5. Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making, identifying trends, opportunities for cost savings, and areas for improvement.
    6. Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements in finance operations to increase efficiency and accuracy.
    7. Audit Support: Provide support during internal and external audits, ensuring all financial documentation is accurate and readily available.
    8. Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including department heads, auditors, and vendors, to ensure smooth finance operations.
    9. Technology and Systems: Utilize financial systems and technology to streamline operations. Participate in the selection and implementation of financial software and tools.
