Responsibilities

Assist the engineering team with essential desktop engineering activities such as data extraction/collation, data cleaning, categorization, validation and summarize into useful tables.
Collaborate with Engineers to draft, maintain and update the work instructions.
Assist to maintain / update / convert instruction in Manufacturing Executive System
Partner with engineers to compile Engineering and business reports.
Collaborate with engineers to gather and organize technical data, specifications, and reports for engineering development.
Aid in organizing and maintaining engineering files, digitizing records and databases.
Liaise with various stakeholder to assist Engineers with executing engineering trials and collecting physical, dimensional and laboratory evaluation results.
Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by the engineering team.

Requirements:

Diploma in Engineering or a related field
Prior experience in an engineering or technical support role will be preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, multi tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively within a team.
Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast

- paced environment.

Specific Task
Collate PT - Consumable table (all engine type/prdt)

Convert Engineering working instruction to new Standard Format (Start with shot peen instructions)

Scan all hard copy and "inventorying" of Engineering documents.

"Inventorying" scrap parts

Assist to execute and monitor trials (Start with pre peen blast trials)

Salary Range :
$2,800 - $3,300

Salary:
