About the role
The Corporate Communication Manager should be passionate and well versed in driving employee and stakeholder engagement.
He / She will develop and implement integrated internal and external communication strategies and tactics that are aligned with the company's values to advance the company's reputation.
Responsibilities
Internal Business & Executive Communications
- Oversees daytoday planning and execution of holistic employee campaigns, including culture and engagement, leadership communications, organizational communications, transformation and business and strategic updates.
- Partner with cross functional teams to support business needs and promote various programs and initiatives.
- Support senior level internal executive appointment announcements.
- Prepare Senior Management for key tentpole employee engagement events and when engaging with external partners
- Prepare internal newsletters, communications, and speeches for senior leaders.
- Localize and maintain editorial calendar with key events and milestones and TR APAC key messages
External Communications
- Ensure TR APAC follows Global social media policies and strategies.
- Partner with HQ Communications to evaluate and respond to incoming media requests relevant to the TR APAC region.
- Prepare TR APAC leadership for media interviews (including the development of briefings, media trainings, etc.)
- Within the framework of HQ Communications strategy, identify key industry events, conferences, and spokespeople to drive TR APAC forward.
- Support HQ narrative and employer brandling online and offline with content, assets and local amplification plans
- Partner with HQ Communications to amplify TR APAC efforts on ELC social media channels.
- Review and vet official posts by TR APAC leadership on social media and share guidelines for employeedriven social media content.
Requirements:
- 57 years of experience working in corporate communications preferably for a highprofile global brand with expertise in managing corporate communications that drive leader external stakeholder, employee engagement and business culture.
- Working experience in APAC region especially with some key markets such as Mainland and greater China/ Korea/ Japan.
- Experience leading and organizing multifaceted and multistakeholder events.
- Strong storyteller with the ability to create compelling narratives in support of our business strategies.
- Deadline driven, with the ability to work in a fastpaced environment with frequently evolving priorities.
- Excellent executive presence and ability to work with the TR APAC Leadership team and key stakeholders
- Strong interpersonal and relationshipbuilding skills and experience interfacing with corporate functions and departments across all levels of leaders/employees
- Prior management of highprofile and crossfunctional projects and advising peers and managers
