Description

• Managing facilities and maintenance operations of existing facilities for healthcare/hospitality industry.
• Ensure contractors/vendors complete repair and maintenance work to required timelines and standards.
• Participating in new built project, assist in project management role during the design, tender, construction and post construction stages of the projects.
• Using computer aided management software in facilities maintenance.
• Coordinate, supervise and assist in major renovations, additions and alterations works, capital replacement works and the like to successful completion.
• Facilitate the supervision of operation staffs, planning and overseeing the manpower deployment of staff in the department.
• Participate in Fire Safety management, training and exercises. Assist to set up and maintain the CERT teams.
• Respond and attend to Emergency events whenever occurred (Fire Alarm, Power trip, Water leakage issues, etc.), including off-duty hours.
• F&B supervision works, licensing requirements and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
