- Provide quality frontline service to patient and their family members in clinical setting, such as specialist outpatient clinics.
- Handle patient registration, appointment bookings, medical records management and patient concierge.
- Answering phone calls, processing patient registration, arranging doctor's schedule, calling of patients to remind them of their appointment and maintaining patient relations.
- General administrative duties including but not limited to filing, update of patient database, mailing, arranging of courier services.
- At least 1 year front counter experience or in medical industry.
