    Roles & Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage day-to-day sales operations, ensuring smooth functioning of processes.
    • Prepare and send out quotations promptly, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
    • Follow up on project statuses and coordinate delivery schedules efficiently.
    • Provide prompt responses to customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp, addressing queries regarding product prices and stock availability.
    • Deliver detailed updates to project managers, keeping them informed of key developments.
    • Benefit from comprehensive training provided to enhance your skills and capabilities.
    • Foster a strong teamwork spirit within the organization, contributing to a positive and collaborative working environment.

    Requirements:

    • Proficient in MS Excel and other MS Office applications.
    • Have a minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience in a related field.
    • Prior experience in the Construction or Process Maintenance industry is advantageous.

    Mondays to Fridays (8.30am to 6.30pm)

    Saturdays (8.30am to 2pm)
