    Roles & Responsibilities

    The Opportunity:

    • Permanent Role | West/East
    • Working hours: 44 hours per week
    • 5.5 days work week (alternate Sat)
    • Basic up to S$2,500 + OT pay (OT volume depends on role)

    Adecco is collaborating with various third-party logistics companies specializing in retail & fashion, cleaning appliances, fast moving consumer goods, semiconductor goods, etc. They aim to recruit a Customer Service Coordinator for their team. Your primary responsibilities will include managing shipping documents and addressing customer inquiries.

    The Job:

    • Provide customer service support via phone and email.
    • Prepare shipping documents and manage import/export paperwork.
    • Track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
    • Process invoices accurately and promptly.

    The Talent:

    • Minimum of 1 year of experience in the relevant field
    • Team player with a positive and eager-to-learn attitude
    • Willingness to work overtime when needed
