- Working hours: 44 hours per week
- 5.5 days work week (alternate Sat)
- Basic up to S$2,500 + OT pay (OT volume depends on role)
- Provide customer service support via phone and email.
- Prepare shipping documents and manage import/export paperwork.
- Track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Process invoices accurately and promptly.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the relevant field
- Team player with a positive and eager-to-learn attitude
- Willingness to work overtime when needed
