Role & responsibilities
Doing hardcore sourcing and recruitment for IT Clients
Should have hiring experience for Vanilla and Niche Hiring like (Microservices, Cloud Technologies, SAP Modules, Salesforce, RPA, and so on )for PAN INDIA product/service-based clients
Working on BIG4 and BIG8 Clients will be an added advantage
Handling full life cycle Recruitment activities include; posting Positions and pre-screening.
Hiring for all Junior, Middle, and Senior level positions.
Hands-on experience with Job Portals.
Interviewing candidates over the phone, interview arrangements closing.
Follow up with the selected candidates till the date of joining.
Preferred candidate profile
Candidates with a minimum of 6 months of experience in IT Recruitment can apply
Should have excellent communication skills
Inclined to work towards Targets
Passion for HR methods.
