Description

Our client, a Japanese firm that specializes in Maritime and Oil & Gas products and services are currently looking for an Accounts Executive (AP) to join their growing team.

As part of a 7-man team, the Accounts Executive (AP) will be responsible for the full spectrum of Accounts Payable (AP), inter-company transactions and ensuring that payments are up to date.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, the incumbent will support in month-end closing and supporting of documentations for audits.

REQUIREMENTS:

Possess at least a Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in related field
Working experience in Accounts Payable (AP) is a must
Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Table, VLookUp)
Meticulous and organized individuals who can meet tight deadlines and work in a fastpaced environment
Experienced with GST reporting
