Posting Date: 13 May 2024You will be responsible for the secretariat activities of Academic Medicine Innovation Institute (AMII) and assisting the Manager and AMII Secretariat in the coordination of activities related to AMII.

You will coordinate and arrange department and project team meetings, as well as provide updates to Senior Management.

You will also provide administrative support for meetings such as taking minutes and tracking of matters arising as well as any ad-hoc or special tasks and events assigned by the AMII Co-chairs.

You are in-charge of monitoring key outcomes and KPIs, including the collation of data from institutions and domains and provide administrative support for AMII Executive Committee, Innovation Council, Priority Area workgroups and Innovation Clinic.

You will maintain the asset/capability/program/partnership map and ensure that the information is up to date.

You will also render support for proposed innovation ideation, project development and/or adoption grants administered by the Office for Innovation and AMII.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with minimum one year of working experience
  • Experience in and familiarity with local healthcare system would be an advantage
  • Familiarity with methodologies such as Design Thinking and Agile as well as project management tools are highly desirable
  • Professional team player with strong planning capabilities
  • Strong organisation and multitasking skills with attention to detail
  • Possess critical thinking skills and willingness to think outside of the box
  • Adept at handling complex, ambiguous and challenging situations and comfortable with changes within a fluid environment and a growing organisation
  • Good persuasive writing and communication skills, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, relationship management and influencing skills to collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Able to work independently and with limited supervision
  • Actionoriented, highly motivated, proactive, and targetfocused
