Job summary

Keen to provide quality customer service to patients and support services at various service touch points in a polyclinic?

As the polyclinic's service ambassador, you will help patients navigate through our healthcare systems by attending to their queries, resolve their challenges, promote and educate health services/programmes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt and excellent frontline services to patients including patients' registration, handing patients' enquiries, appointment scheduling and collection of payments in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • GCE 'A'/ 'O'/ 'N' level or NITEC qualification.
  • Good communication skills in English and a second language.
  • Good Team player with a passion for service excellence.
  • Pleasant disposition, personality and good interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Able to commit to work on weekdays and scheduled Saturdays.
