Manning the front desk and act as a liaison between students and parents, as well as staff from the Administration & Teaching divisions;

Updating customers on the company's latest products and services, providing excellent before and after sales service;
Handling sales of uniforms;
Commands excellent communication skills in English;
Possesses interpersonal skills;
Savvy in MS Office as well as customer management system (training is only provided for the latter);
Pays good attention to details, organized and is able to work in a team to get things done;
Able to work well under pressure;
Reports to an Admin & Customer Service Manager;
Prefers suitable & relevant applicants with minimum 2 years' experience from Education, Enrichment, Healthcare, Hospitality, Music, Performing Arts, Spa/Wellness industry
Diploma or Degree in Administration, Business, Business Management, Arts/Events Management, Communications, Hospitality etc

***:

5 days' fixed work week including Saturdays and Sundays**
9am6pm working hours
