Description
Answer incoming calls from customers pertaining to roadside recovery assistance & EV charger issues.

  • Dispatch recovery teams to customer site in a timely manner.
  • Follow up and coordinate between customer and recovery team.
  • Provide information to customer (eg, towing fees, battery change fees, EV charging rate etc).
  • Provide technical support to customer on automotive related issues.
  • Monitoring of workshop operations.
  • Manage and resolve customer queries.
  • Identify and escalate issues to supervisors.
  • Route calls to appropriate resources.
  • Complete call logs and reports.
  • Other duties assigned by Superior and Managers.

Job Requirement:


  • Minimum GCE "N" or "O" Levels or equivalent.
  • At least 1 years of experience in a Call Center environment.
  • Knowledge of customer service practices and principles.
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
  • Basic IT knowledge and data entry skills.
  • Able to work on 12 hours rotating shift, (Morning, Night).
