novita is looking for a sincere individual to join us as a
Customer Care Officer who can communicate effectively with people from all levels and is passionate in striving for service excellence.


Customer Care Officer

Responsibilities:


  • To deliver consistent customer experiences across multiple touch points
  • Initiate ways to improve customers' experience
  • Handle customers' service repair requests, enquiries & feedback
  • Handle sales enquiries (+ commission)
  • Handle administrative matters pertaining to the department and any other duties or projects as assigned from time to time

Requirements:


  • Min Diploma Level
  • Min 1 year in customer service experience
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good disposition with excellent service aptitude
  • Able to work independently or in a team environment
  • Able to multitask and work under minimum supervision
Working Location - North

Working hrs / day - 8.45am to 6.00pm (Mon - Fri), 8.45am to 1.00pm (first sat of the month)
