novita is looking for a sincere individual to join us as a
Customer Care Officer who can communicate effectively with people from all levels and is passionate in striving for service excellence.
Customer Care Officer
Responsibilities:
- To deliver consistent customer experiences across multiple touch points
- Initiate ways to improve customers' experience
- Handle customers' service repair requests, enquiries & feedback
- Handle sales enquiries (+ commission)
- Handle administrative matters pertaining to the department and any other duties or projects as assigned from time to time
Requirements:
- Min Diploma Level
- Min 1 year in customer service experience
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good disposition with excellent service aptitude
- Able to work independently or in a team environment
- Able to multitask and work under minimum supervision
Working hrs / day - 8.45am to 6.00pm (Mon - Fri), 8.45am to 1.00pm (first sat of the month)
