- Compiling coaches payment
- Checking Staff Expenses claims
- Preparing payment of vendor invoices, coaches payments and other payments
- Attending to calls to the office telephone line
- Assist Finance Manager in bookkeeping tasks
- Data Entry into Xero
- Matching of documents & photocopy of Documents
- All other assigned admin duties
- GCE 'O' Levels or equivalent
Well versed with Microsoft Office
Willing to work in Ubi/Tai Seng Area
