    Job objective:


    • Assisting the day-to-day administration and act as a backup for the payroll team

    • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll activities .

    • Adhere to local payroll laws, regulations.

    • Stay informed about changes in tax and other relevant compliance requirements

    • Handle sensitive payroll information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion

    Key responsiblities:


    • Payroll processing : Liaise with external payroll vendor to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll on designated pay cycles..

    • Compliance : Help to ensure compliance with local tax and statutory requirements.

    • Record Maintenance : Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee payroll records,

    • Communication and Support : Respond to employees' inquiries regarding payroll matters in a timely and professional manner.

    • Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with Finance, HR, operation to ensure seamless coordination of payroll activities..

    • Leave Management : Manage leave maintenance for designated affiliates.

    Min. education level:


    • Min 2-3 years of relevant payroll administrative experience

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

    • Meticulous, able to work independently.
