    Description
    Roles & Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate schedules of key clients, ensuring timely delivery of services and campaigns.
    • Execute self-service platform campaign buys across various digital media channels (e.g., Google, Facebook, etc.), with comprehensive training provided.
    • Collect and analyze data on different digital media channels, including consumer behavior, audience trends, and campaign impact, to inform strategic decisions.
    • Support Media Planner and Supervisor in delivering client objectives, including research, coordination, and optimization of media campaigns.
    • Collaborate with the team to determine the optimal media outlet mix for client campaigns.
    • Optimize ad campaigns based on factors such as geographic exposure, frequency, and time spans.
    • Develop briefs, frameworks, client reports, and agency documentation under the guidance of senior staff.
    • Coordinate closely with the Media Operations Team to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
    • Assist senior staff in executing internal agency projects and initiatives.
    • Cultivate client-facing relationships and service skills to enhance deployment efficiency for partners and clients.
    • Aid the account services team in managing account business, ensuring timely and budget-conscious completion of work.
    • Provide support in executing strategy and maintaining brand stewardship across all client interactions.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
    • Previous experience in digital media planning, advertising, or related roles preferred.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, interpret, and present data effectively.
    • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Familiarity with digital advertising platforms and tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager) is a plus.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
