About the job
You are part of the Asia, Mddle East and Africa (AMEA)

IBP-S&OP team with the ambition to be a collaborative business partners supporting sustainable growth by piloting and agile & lean supply chain flow powered by advanced tools.

As the AMEA Demand excellence, you will play important role in understanding and piloting the business within AMEA region (Asia, Middle East and Africa) for all categories :
Dairy, Specialized Nutrition, Plant Based and Waters products.

Roles & Responsibilities

Expand regional consolidation for Essential Dairy and Waters categories
Animate the demand planning team.
Drive demand and supply scenarios for the region, working closely with all the Country Business Unit's and Supply Points within the region
Support the regional S&OP team and local team in developing strong processes and tools to drive performance, efficiency and compliance.

About you
To be successful in this role, you will need

The following technical skills and experience:

Experience in demand or supply planning

Strong analytical skills

Power BI capabilities, SAP APO and python is a plus

These soft skills:

Excellent communicator at all levels internally & externally with all stakeholders
At ease in managing multiple situations in a complex and volatile environment
Creative and always seek for process improvements
Team player and stakeholder management skills
