SoftBank Robotics, the global leader in workforce automation, is seeking a qualified
APAC Service Manager to join a fast-growing team focusing on shaping the future with artificial intelligence and robotics.

APAC Service Manager will report to our APAC business operations Senior Manager. This is a Singapore based permanent role.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Manage customer care and robot repair functions in APAC.
  • Establish and manage Business Operating Process (such as contract, repair parts management, customer care, robot repair) with connecting into company's related system.
  • Managing relationships with Channel Partners/Affiliated Company.
  • To be the point of contact between the Headquarter/supplier, customers, and vendors.
  • Instruct and support our customer care and repair vendors to carry out day to day operations, monitor and keep track of their SLA and performance.
  • Absorb product knowledge/information from the Headquarter or directly from the supplier and provide necessary training and information to the vendors and customers.
  • Study the trouble cases/trends and give advice to product improvement from the perspective of repair/maintenance and customer services.
  • Manage necessary repair parts demand and Inventory to maintain the repair operations.
  • New Product/Region/Business Model launch support.
  • Adhoc tasks assign by manager.

REQUIREMENTS:


  • Familiar with all kinds of common electronic components and packages, can understand circuit schematics, and have circuit analysis capabilities.
  • Vendor management experience such as outsourced repair centre and customer call centre.
  • Accountable, possess strong learning ability, stressresistant, good communication skills, teamwork spirit and good sense of customer service.
  • Logical thinking, strong independent working ability with minimum, problemsolving ability, can commit to high quality work outcomes.
  • Comfortable in a startup environment with lean organization
  • Bachelor's degree or above, electronicrelated majors are preferred.
  • Experience in multinational company or multicultural background is preferred.
  • At least 3 to 5 years' experience in the robot industry, hightech or IT industry is preferred.
