Job Brief:

Responsibilities:

Offer first tier business advisory to SMEs and Heartland Merchants at large on best practices, current trends, digital upskilling, other improvements and developmental adoptions
Account manage SMEs and Heartland Merchants
Handhold stakeholders on specific projects and guide them towards more capabilities and independencies
Build positive relationships with Government agencies partners, vendors, stakeholders
Recommend appropriate government assistance that is aligned to the business needs of SMEs and Heartland Merchants

Requirements:

Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience, preferably senior executive with marketing and business development experience or equivalent
Experience and knowledge of working in /with local SMEs, Heartland Merchants or related stakeholder is preferred
Good interpersonal skills and strong team orientation with the ability to develop relationship across a wide and diverse group of people of all ages
Good verbal and written communications skills in both English and Mandarin
Demonstrate independent problem solving and decisionmaking skills
Capable of handling multiple projects at onetime
Selfmotivated and comfortable in working in fastpaced environment
Passion for the heartlands and desire to contribute back to the community
