Job Description:
- Perform basic reception and administrative duties.
- Answering & manning the telephone switchboard, taking messages and transferring the calls to respective personnel.
- Providing general customer service by greeting and assist visitors, clients & guests who visits the facility.
- Arrange and distribute of incoming and outgoing mails/courier items.
- Ordering of office stationeries and pantry supplies.
- Coordinating travel arrangements for individuals within the organization, including booking flights & hotels, etc.
- Any other adhoc duties as and when assigned.
Requirements:
- 'O' Level qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of related working experience
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft (Excel, Work, Powerpoint)
- Able to work normal working office hours 5 day work week
