- Manage Singapore payroll, benefits, and HRIS administration efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for payroll operations, reporting, and audits.
- Coordinate with external vendors on employees' insurance, benefits, claims, and invoices processing.
- Ensure compliance with local CPF and tax regulations regarding employee benefits and payroll.
- Conduct payroll reconciliation, cost allocation, back charging, and payment processing.
- Process government-paid leave, tax clearance, and NS claims accurately and on time.
- Identify and recommend operational improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for HRIS enhancement projects.
- Maintain data integrity and timeliness in HRIS system.
- Provide support to employees on payroll, benefits, and HRIS inquiries.
- Contribute to operational aspects of Compensation & Benefits (C&B) projects.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Contract Type: 1-Year Contract
Salary: $4200 per month
