Supply Chain Management

Prepare reports on SCM KPIs, operational issues (e.g., supply issue, aging inventory, and low forecast accuracy) and progress of SCM related initiatives to Management
Monitor SCM system to identify operational issues including sales (sellin & out) forecasting / inventory management / supply and communicate timely with business units to set improvement plans
Conduct trainings and provide support on SCM processes and systems

Process Improvement / Project Management

Collaborate with HQ / RHQ on various projects, which may include system implementation, internal process improvement or customer collaboration.
Discover gaps in current processes and develop business cases to justify improvement projects
Drive business process improvement projects with internal / external partners
Participate in improving Samsung legacy systems such as MCS/MCS Pro/EDI/GSCM
Drive eCommerce Biz initiatives with focus on platform enhancement and process improvement.

Requirements:

10+ years of relevant working experience of which includes at least 23 years of supervisory roles
Have a project management experience or working as a consultant in either process or IT related consulting firm. Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is plus.
Strong data analysis skills with advanced knowledge in MS Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent working knowledge of systems (database or planning systems)
Strong engagement and leadership skills with the ability to communicate well with peers and managers across various functions (e.g., Sales, marketing, finance, logistics)
Effective presentation skills as this role will require making presentations to management
Able to do selflearning and fast learning on various process and system and then able to train all other departments
Business level Korean language proficiency is required to liaise with Korea HQ and Korean stakeholders
