    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job BriefWe are seeking a driven and detail-oriented E-Commerce Manager to join our team.The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the e-commerce department, with a focus on improving the efficiency of the online sales process.
    Your responsibilities will include planning, implementing, and coordinating various aspects of the company's e-commerce strategy, such as website design, customer service, web analytics, and web technologies.
    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement the company's e-commerce strategy to improve website performance and grow the online presence.
    • Manage and oversee e-commerce platforms, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
    • Analyze data from online traffic to improve website layout and customer experience.
    • Coordinate with the marketing team to create effective online marketing strategies.
    • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to stay ahead of the curve.
    • Manage customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
    • Oversee and manage website design and functionality.
    • Develop budgets and financial plans, track expenses, and ensure profitability.
    • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management.

    Qualifications

    • Proven work experience as an E-Commerce Manager, Online Marketing Manager or similar role.
    • Demonstrated knowledge of web design and web analytics.
    • Strong understanding of e-commerce trends and platforms.
    • Excellent leadership, project management and communication skills.
    • BSc degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems or relevant field.

    Currently we are located at No. 19 Loyang Way.Do take note that we will be relocating to Penjuru in August 2024.
