Description
Support the work of marketing manager and CEO, including but not limited to:

  • Managing and updating company website(s) by coordinating with agencies
  • Creative tasks such as writing copy, designing of collaterals for events / conferences and editing of videos,
  • Creating content and scheduling posts on social media accounts such as LinkedIn, Facebook, GoogleMyBusiness & Instagram (including creating images and videos),
  • Liaising with external agencies / vendors to assist in monitoring project timeline, progress and deliverables and ensuring all targets and requirements are met and completed on schedule
  • Assisting to organise company corporate events
  • Assisting with meeting slides preparation
  • Setting up client care survey on Survey Monkey
  • Providing support on various aspects of business development initiatives such as lead generation, brand management and online & offline marketing campaigns.
  • Adhoc marketing duties
