- Prepare and process export documentation, including invoices, shipping documents, customs forms, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations.
- Liaising with freight forwarders and customers on shipping arrangements
- Collaborate with sales, logistics, and production teams to gather necessary information and ensure accurate and complete export documentation.
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues or delays in coordination with relevant parties.
- Provide support and guidance to sales teams regarding exportrelated queries and inquiries.
- Any other duties as assigned by the Superior
Job Requirement
- Minimum GCE 'N' level or equivalent
- Knowledge of international shipping terms, Incoterms, and trade compliance will be advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Works well independently and as a team player
- Bilingual in Mandarin and English to liaise with Chinese speaking associates
- Prior experience in office administration, document management, or similar roles will be an advantage
Salary:
$1, $2,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
