Description

The Operations Executive (Logistics and Food Delivery) is responsible for coordinating all aspects of food delivery logistics, ensuring that operations run efficiently, and meeting customer satisfaction goals.

• Manage and optimize all aspects of food delivery logistics, including order acquisition, food preparation coordination, dispatching, and delivery operations.
• Oversee the daily operations of the delivery department, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in line with company objectives.
• Collaborate with restaurants and food suppliers to ensure smooth integration of logistics operations and timely delivery of orders.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve delivery time, reduce operational costs, enhance customer satisfaction, and ensure safety.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of delivery personnel, providing training and guidance as needed.
• Handle fleet management, including vehicle maintenance, routing, and driver allocation.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standards in the delivery process.
• Implement customer feedback systems to improve service and respond to complaints or inquiries in a timely manner.
• Manage the logistics budget, analyze operational costs, and implement costreduction strategies where appropriate.
• Coordinate with other departments such as customer service, IT, and HR to ensure seamless operations.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and produce regular reports to upper management on the performance of the logistics and delivery operations.
