Roles & ResponsibilitiesJob Responsibilities:
- Oversee operational activities at every level of the organization
- Ensure all company operations are carried on in an appropriate, costeffective way
- Improve all operational management systems, processes and best practices
- Formulate strategic, quantitative and operational objectives
- Ensure all the company's processes remain legally compliant and meet all relevant regulatory standards
- Maintain constant communication with management, staff, vendors and clients to ensure proper operations of the organization
- Examine financial supply chain data and improve profitability
- Oversee all complete product supply chain and procurement operations in the company
- Collaborate and coordinate with all departments in the company to ensure all execution of the company's commercial strategies
- Maintain and improve all supplier relationships
- Product manager for the Hormone Test service; coordinate amongst all stakeholders to ensure complete execution of the Hormone Test for each customer
- Maintain and improve quality of customer service
- Lead, motivate, train and manage a team of Installar
- Able to work midnight & Holidays
