Roles & Responsibilities


Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee operational activities at every level of the organization
  • Ensure all company operations are carried on in an appropriate, costeffective way
  • Improve all operational management systems, processes and best practices
  • Formulate strategic, quantitative and operational objectives
  • Ensure all the company's processes remain legally compliant and meet all relevant regulatory standards
  • Maintain constant communication with management, staff, vendors and clients to ensure proper operations of the organization
  • Examine financial supply chain data and improve profitability
  • Oversee all complete product supply chain and procurement operations in the company
  • Collaborate and coordinate with all departments in the company to ensure all execution of the company's commercial strategies
  • Maintain and improve all supplier relationships
  • Product manager for the Hormone Test service; coordinate amongst all stakeholders to ensure complete execution of the Hormone Test for each customer
  • Maintain and improve quality of customer service
  • Lead, motivate, train and manage a team of Installar
  • Able to work midnight & Holidays
