Roles & Responsibilities

Job Descriptions:

1. To receive all inquiries, take note of the caller's particulars such as name, position, Company, telephone and facsimile numbers, and other relevant details for subsequent follow-up by sales staff.
2. To assist in preparing proposals based on verbal or written information provided by the Sales and Marketing staff.
3. To prepare invoices, monthly reports for consolidated billing.
4. To maintain and upkeep the filing system and SWM software on all aspects of waste information.
5. To assist Customer Service Manager to ensure smooth daily operational in the team.
6. To assist Customer Service Manager and Director – Sales in matters relating to customer care (feedback and complaints), collate market intelligence and marketing communications.
7. To update customer database in respect of customers and potential customers.
8. To coordinate with the various departments, i.e. logistic and operations dept to ensure customers' requirements are met.

Job Requirements:

1. Diploma holder and above
2. At least one year Customer Service experience (MUST)
3. Good communication skills and pleasant personality

Others:

1. Basic salary: S$2,400 - S$3,000
2. Applicable incentive scheme
3. Company Transport provided / Transport allowance if candidate travel to work by him/herself
4. Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5.45pm. One Saturday rotate with the Sales and Marketing division, roughly about 10 weeks once; 8am to 12pm
