Position:
Program Delivery Director - Banking and Finance

Experience: 15-18 years


Must Have - Responsibilities

  • 1. Manage large projects delivery in the BFSI domain
  • 2. Manage P&L of the scale of 20m USD / Year
  • 3. Handson experience on large account with multi programs management on run the bank and change the bank program delivery
  • 4. Has successfully managed delivery of projects in Cloud, Data, Infrastructure, Opensource platforms. Projects with SAP, CRMs, Operations is good to have.
  • 5. Ability to build teams, center of excellences based on new technologies and lead engagement with clients.

Must Have - Skills

  • 1. Strong delivery skills Managing teams, customers
  • 2. Understanding of Software Architecture, business models, sales/presales, end to end delivery ownership.
  • 3. Commercial management Project finance, PnL, Proposal and Statement of work.
  • 4. In depth understanding of technology stacks and design patterns in banking domain Education Minimum Bachelor degree in engineering
