    Sales Support Coordinator / Office Admin

    • 5 days work
    • 9am-6pm
    • $ 2,000 - $ 2,600
    • Bedok North

    Duties

    • Sales order processing: Quotation, Sales order, Purchase order, Delivery order, Invoicing, Receiving.
    • Proactive to Provide support & customer service on Sales operation & logistic planning.
    • Assist in preparation & submission of payment vouchers, reports & documents.

    Requirements

    • 1 - 2 years of experiences in Office or business administration.
    • Possess at least O level
    • Proficient in Excel & computer software.
