    Roles & Responsibilities

    As a Marketing Specialist at PlayPark, you will play a key role in developing and executing marketing campaigns to engage both existing players and attract new players to our portfolio of games. Reporting to the Marketing Manager and working closely with the Marketing Team, you will leverage your creative skills and strategic thinking to promote our games across various online and offline channels.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost community engagement and user acquisition.
    • Plan, coordinate, and execute both offline and online events and activities.
    • Prepare After Action Review (AAR) reports for events.
    • Generate and analyze channel sales reports.
    • Liaise with external parties for partnerships and various media buys.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, community management, and customer support to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends to maintain competitiveness in the gaming market.
    • Provide comprehensive weekly and monthly reports to the Marketing Manager and to other related departments, keeping them abreast of campaign progress and major issues.

    Job Requirements

    The ideal candidate should possess:

    • A Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in digital marketing, or events marketing, preferably within the gaming industry.
    • Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital advertising channels.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Creative thinking with a passion for gaming and digital entertainment.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Proactive attitude with a demonstrated ability to take initiative and drive projects forward.
    • Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics is a plus.
