Our client is an organization dedicated to strengthening community resilience and preparedness for infectious diseases, pandemics, and emergencies. The role offers an opportunity to contribute to critical operations that support public health and safeguard communities.
With growth on the horizon, they are seeking an Accounting Analyst to take on the following key responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing, payments, and reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate vendor and customer records and resolve queries efficiently.
- Oversee general ledger and fixed asset accounting, including month-end journals, bank reconciliations, and variance analysis.
- Prepare monthly and year-end financial reports to support management decision-making and audits.
- Assist with internal/external audits and ad-hoc finance projects.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance accounting accuracy and efficiency.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting or Finance with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Candidates with a Bachelor's degree from local universities are preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with S4/HANA Cloud is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, self-driven, and able to work independently across AP, AR, and GL functions.
- Ability to respond promptly to requests and adapt to rotating responsibilities as needed.
