Description
**Responsibilities: - Coordinate and carry out procurement duties, including the procurement of office supplies and personal protective equipment.- Oversee the weekly packing of PPE requested by employees, ensuring prompt and precise delivery.
- Assist with various administrative tasks as required, such as data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments.
- Offer general administrative assistance to the team and management.
- Possess strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
- Ability to work autonomously and effectively prioritize tasks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
