Project Executive - Singapore - MIRACLE CONCEPT PTE. LTD.
Description
The successful applicant will work with the Project Manager.- Assist the Project Manager in preparing costing and quotation to clients.
- Manage projects by monitoring the production stage to the installation stage according to the client specifications and requirements.
- Liaise with various suppliers and subcontractors to source, coordinate in relation to the projects on hand and ensure smooth delivery to clients.
- Assist with followup actions for respective clients.
- Assist in onsite execution and delivery of event.
- At least 1 year of experience in events and exhibitions support industry.
- Excellent in spoken & written English.
- Strong team player and yet able to work independently.
- Able to handle tight deadlines and pressure.
- Knowledge of design software such as Photoshop & Illustrator is a plus but not necessary
