Description
Leading US data centre provider- Accountable for a customers portfolio and ensure strong customer satisfaction
- Provide customers support from onboarding to training to escalation and service reviews
- Build rapport with customers to meet internal scorecards
- Conduct regular meeting with customers to align to their needs
- Identify ways to improve customers' experience within the centre
- Partner with Sales on renewal agreements and identify business opportunity with existing clients for service expansion
Requirement
- Degree in Business / Marketing or relevant qualification
- 5 years of working experience in key account management in data hub services, telecom, service offices industry
- Good executive presence and comfortable to interact with Senior Management
- Able to handle multicustomer accounts on a daily basis and be prepared to commit beyond office hours when need arises
- Understand data center operations or service offices support requirement such as electrical / mechanical facilities needs
- Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office Suites
- Salesforce, SAP and Yardi knowledge would be preferred
- Articulate, detail, critical thinking, engaging and resourceful
- Work location: Changi / Loyang
