Roles & ResponsibilitiesGeneral job functions include:
• Formulate and execute business strategies and plans.
• Manage staff & partners to carry out relevant functions (e.g. sales & marketing) to generate order and revenue for the company.
• Account management and customer relationship management during pre & post sales to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Grow the direct and channel business to increase the market share and ensure profitability and sustainability of business.
• Manage receivables to ensure prompt collection.
• Identify new business opportunities and provide insights to R&D teams to ensure competitive in the market.
• Cooperate and work closely with other colleagues to achieve common objectives and performance goals of the company.
• Keep abreast with the latest industry trend and functionalities of financial solutions to be able to impressively present them to financial institutions.
• Protect and maximize the company's interest in negotiations.
• Travel to any part of the world to represent the company in all business dealing.
