Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively manage customer complaints and major incidents, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Address both internal and external client customer service issues, employing a costeffective and expedient approach. Collaborate closely with client representatives to guarantee service satisfaction.
  • Develop comprehensive customer service procedures, policies, and standards for the department, contributing to the enhancement of service quality.
  • Investigate and resolve complex customer problems that may have been escalated by customer service executives.
  • Ensure the delivery of excellent customer service by swiftly and accurately processing orders, facilitating communication, and coordinating interdepartmental efforts to resolve inquiries.
  • Uphold physical stock accuracy and integrity to optimize inventory management processes.
  • Collaborate with management, technical teams, and sales personnel by conducting simulations to assess the cost impact of raw material pricing, aiding in wellinformed decisionmaking.
  • Conduct negotiations on pricing with logistics providers to ensure costeffective solutions.
  • Establish and maintain effective export/import activities in collaboration with other departments, aligning with the organization's sales, purchasing, and production functions.
  • Contribute to office administration tasks as required.

Requirements:


  • Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of proven experience in customer service, operations coordination, or a related role.
  • Possess supervisory experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to liaise with clients, internal teams, and external partners.
  • SAP experience is a must.
  • Detailoriented mindset with a focus on maintaining accuracy in order processing and inventory management.
  • Prior experience in negotiation and supplier management is a plus.
