Key Responsibilities:

Effectively manage customer complaints and major incidents, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Address both internal and external client customer service issues, employing a costeffective and expedient approach. Collaborate closely with client representatives to guarantee service satisfaction.
Develop comprehensive customer service procedures, policies, and standards for the department, contributing to the enhancement of service quality.
Investigate and resolve complex customer problems that may have been escalated by customer service executives.
Ensure the delivery of excellent customer service by swiftly and accurately processing orders, facilitating communication, and coordinating interdepartmental efforts to resolve inquiries.
Uphold physical stock accuracy and integrity to optimize inventory management processes.
Collaborate with management, technical teams, and sales personnel by conducting simulations to assess the cost impact of raw material pricing, aiding in wellinformed decisionmaking.
Conduct negotiations on pricing with logistics providers to ensure costeffective solutions.
Establish and maintain effective export/import activities in collaboration with other departments, aligning with the organization's sales, purchasing, and production functions.
Contribute to office administration tasks as required.

Requirements:

Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
At least 7 years of proven experience in customer service, operations coordination, or a related role.
Possess supervisory experience.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to liaise with clients, internal teams, and external partners.
SAP experience is a must.
Detailoriented mindset with a focus on maintaining accuracy in order processing and inventory management.
Prior experience in negotiation and supplier management is a plus.
