Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage customer complaints and major incidents, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Address both internal and external client customer service issues, employing a costeffective and expedient approach. Collaborate closely with client representatives to guarantee service satisfaction.
- Develop comprehensive customer service procedures, policies, and standards for the department, contributing to the enhancement of service quality.
- Investigate and resolve complex customer problems that may have been escalated by customer service executives.
- Ensure the delivery of excellent customer service by swiftly and accurately processing orders, facilitating communication, and coordinating interdepartmental efforts to resolve inquiries.
- Uphold physical stock accuracy and integrity to optimize inventory management processes.
- Collaborate with management, technical teams, and sales personnel by conducting simulations to assess the cost impact of raw material pricing, aiding in wellinformed decisionmaking.
- Conduct negotiations on pricing with logistics providers to ensure costeffective solutions.
- Establish and maintain effective export/import activities in collaboration with other departments, aligning with the organization's sales, purchasing, and production functions.
- Contribute to office administration tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of proven experience in customer service, operations coordination, or a related role.
- Possess supervisory experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to liaise with clients, internal teams, and external partners.
- SAP experience is a must.
- Detailoriented mindset with a focus on maintaining accuracy in order processing and inventory management.
- Prior experience in negotiation and supplier management is a plus.
