12 Months Contract Process Development Scientist - Singapore - RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD

Description

Duties

• Provide direct manufacturing support as required during product start-ups and process modifications
• Work with Process Engineers in troublshooting all manufacturing problems and upsets
• Work with OSP Process Engineers to anticipate and eliminate any process chemistry related issues
• Work with Quality Control to develop the necessary documentation in support of any production changes or abnormal process operations to assure that all products meet all regulatory quality standards
• Develop Process Validation Protocols
• Develop and implement productivity, cost and process capability improvements
• Identify and implement cost improvement process modifications
• Monitor the process capability of key quality attributes and take actions to achieve good process capability
• Spearhead project development and monitor progress
• Develop novel manufacturing processes in support of the OSP, ETP and SR operations
• Develop and implement operating procedures in accordance with cGMP's and GLP's
• Participate in Global Best Practices Team/ Global Product development teams as necessary
• Identify and implement new process technologies
• Lead Technology Transfer for bringing new processes from global technical group or other sites

Requirements

• PHD in organic chemistry is required
• able to start on short notice
