    Description
    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Plans and processes inter-company transfers between Asia warehouses in a timely and accurate manner by working closely with both Logistics and the Sales Department.
    • Advises and resolves issues that may arise due to pick exceptions, order changes, etc.
    • Establishes and maintains effective business rapport with Product Department personnel ensuring all aspects of the data uploads are done in a consistent and timely manner.
    • Processes and applies cost and quantity adjustments requested by the Product Department or Product Ops Manager.
    • Uses simple mathematical skills and applies logic to determine new cost of on-hand inventory. These may include but are not limited to price protections, PRCD's, internal part transfers, SAVMs, etc.
    • Monitors and corrects any cost discrepancies for inter-company inventory transfers.
    • Performs other duties and special projects as assigned by Product Operations Manager.

    Job Requirement:

    • Min O level & Diploma in any fields
    • Candidate without relevant experience are welcome as training will be provided
    • Possesses good verbal and written communication in English
    • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Possess strong attention to detail skills
    • Ability to multitask
    • Preferably some knowledge in manufacturing purchasing practices
    • Must have basic knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel and Outlook)
    • Exhibits a strong customer service orientation with a strong sense of urgency to respond to internal customer needs
