We are seeking a results-driven and strategic-minded Sales Director to lead our sales team to new heights of success.

The Sales Director will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to exceed targets and deliver exceptional results.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and integration of sales strategies with overall business objectives.


Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Director or similar roles in business consulting.
Demonstrable track record of driving sales growth and exceeding targets.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strategic thicker with a forward-looking approach to sales planning.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Master's degree is a plus.
