Our Client is one of the leader in Manufacturing industry. They are looking for a Regional HR Director to assist their HR team for the next phrase of their business. They are located in the East .

Job Duties of Regional HR Director:

Responsible for the execution of day-to-day HR operations payroll, talent acquisition, training & development and talent retention strategies
Involve in organization's compensation and benefits including salary structure reviews, bonuses and incentives
Maintain continuous employee engagement & employee relationship to ensure alignment of company policy and expectations
Formulate strategic business plans and HR policies to meet Company's manpower needs
Coordinate with various departments to forecast future hiring and operational needs
Adhoc duties as assigned
