NTUC LearningHub (LHUB) was corporatised on 1 August 2004.
Initially set up in 1982 as the NTUC Computer Training Centre, a division under the Skills Development Department of the NTUC Administration and Research Unit, the organisation has evolved to meet the burgeoning training needs of Singaporeans to continuously keep pace with the dynamic business economy.

Associate Trainer - Food Services & Business Management
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities:
- Train and conduct assessments for "Monitor Income and Expenses" and "Implement a Business Plan" programmes, including:
- Arrive early
- Administering attendance list
- Class setup
- Conduct survey
- Logistics support
- Conduct training in classroom and offsite venues
QUALIFICATIONS
Requirements:
- ACTA certified
- Be certified as competent in preparation, delivery and conducting competencybased assessments or have relevant National Trainer Competency Standards certification
- Have demonstrated competency under this competency unit
- Have at least two (2) years of F & B experiences at supervisory level, including evidence of maintaining currency, e.g. through recent work in the industry as a supervisor, consultant or trainer, or professional development or active membership in a professional association
- Have entrepreneurial experiences in F&B settings
- Be able to deliver this course in Mandarin, i.e. have at least two (2) years of experiences in delivering Mandarin courses in Singapore and at least a A2 Grade in O levels/ B3 Grade in Higher Chinese.
