JOB SUMMARY


Greeters - Guest Services Officer - should be professional and personable, and should possess excellent customer service and communication skills.

Greeters communicates with drivers via telecommunication devices and accommodates transfer services and shuttles accordingly.

Create a welcoming environment for arriving guests and facilitate their arrival or departure to and from the airport drop-off points.

This includes greeting guests upon arrival, liaise with chauffeur assigned, opening doors, and assist them with their luggage when necessary.


Beyond their basic duties, starters are expected to not only assist guests by greeting and guiding them to the designated pick up or drop off area.

But also, be able to respond to enquiries our guests may have or need with regards to general services.


Greeters also need to keep an eye out for suspicious activity and report immediately to the office or manager on duty.

The Guest Service Greeter acts as a ground host/hostess or concierge and is assigned to provide assistance of a specialized nature to a specific individual or group of travellers, such as:

Business Executives for whom time and speed is of the essenceDiplomats and Government Official who may require anonymityCelebrities who wish to be shielded from the publicHandicapped/Elderly Travelers with special needs Special skills necessary to perform the job

Professional, courteous in manner and dress (business attire)

Warm and willing to assistSuperior problem-solving capabilitiesKnowledge of the terminal layout and available facilities

Ability to respond well to difficult situations

Emotional resilience, able to handle pressure and meet timelinesMust exhibit a "Passion for Service Excellence"

Must display a diplomatic demeanour

Must take ownership and be accountable for results

Ability to work without immediate supervision

Multi-lingual preferred (but not necessary) Standards

Able to work odd hours, sometimes nights, weekends or holidaysAbility to pass security background check and drug testing

Must be able to clearly understand and communicate in English when performing essential job function
