    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Descriptions:

    1、Responsible for periodic review and update of Expenditure and Cost Management, Fixed Assets Management related policies and procedures.

    2、Responsible for preparation, review and monitoring of Expenditure and Fixed Assets budget and analysis report. Provide budgetary adjustment and periodic closure recommendations.

    3、Arrangement of periodic and adhoc financial compliance review on expenditure and Fixed Assets related matters, report relevant findings and monitor rectification progress on issues identified.

    4、Prepare specific analytical reports and review on expenditure according to head office and branch management request. Provide recommendations on cost control measures and implement required measures.

    5、Participate and act as secretary to Financial review and Procurement Management Committee, prepare and review meeting materials and make meeting arrangements, prepare due diligence review reports.

    6、Perform due diligence review on budgetary request raised by various departments.

    7、Periodic reconciliation, inspection on Fixed Assets, perform due diligence review on property rental and disposal proposal, to ensure adherence to compliance procedures and approval authorisations on relevant matters.

    8、Participate in procurement related work when necessary.

    Job Requirements:

    1. Working experiences of 2 years and above is preferred.

    2. Finance, accounting, banking or audit experiences preferred.

    3. Good communication skills, independent and able to work under stress or tight timeline.

    3. Proficient in Office software.

    4. Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese so as to communicate effectively with our China counterpart and Chinese-speaking customers.
